Services and quotes

All quotes are based on the information provided and an assessment of your property. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ from what was described. We will communicate any changes before performing additional work.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the project area at the scheduled time, including gate access and a clear path for materials and equipment. If we cannot access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed in your project quote or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of scheduled work.

Liability

Built In Golf is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, hidden conditions, or damage caused by deferred maintenance beyond the scope of the agreed project.
